• Custom orders require a deposit as specified at the time of ordering
• Production begins after design approval and deposit payment
• Custom items are made specifically for you and are subject to our return policy
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
• Final products may have minor variations from mockups due to handcrafted nature

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before shipping standard orders. Custom orders follow the payment schedule agreed upon at order confirmation.

Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

If you are a "consumer" as defined under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) (for example, you are buying goods for personal or household use), nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits your rights under the CGA. You are entitled to guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
